Welcome to the home page of the Baha'is of the Western Borders, situated in the South of Scotland.

The Western Borders is a small rural community, chiefly known for its manufacture of textiles, though many people have been made redundant in this and the once profitable electronics industry. We are currently devolving into electoral wards, and in due course this will be reflected in the website.

Sir Walter Scott lived and worked here and the landscape still provides inspiration to today's artists and writers.
